Lead and execute timely, risk-based branch surveillance and reviews across assigned geography. Ensure transparent reporting, root-cause analysis, and follow-up with branches and zonal teams to close observations. Recommend corrective or disciplinary actions and act as subject-matter expert on error severity and remediation.
Execute team’s timely/risk based visit to branches as per schedule

Transparent & un-biased reporting of findings, identify trends, analyse root cause issues and place recommendation of appropriate corrective actions (both short and long term).
Ensure to share the findings with branch and zonal teams and coordinating with all stakeholders to get rectifications done and close the report observations within the stipulated time frame
Suggest Disciplinary action against deviant behavior or deliberate attempt to process lapse as per the written Disciplinary policy of the bank.
Exercise subject matter expertise in case of conflicting situations as to whether an error exists or regarding the severity of the error
