Position - CloudOps - Trainee
The SysOps - Trainee will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
The SysOps - Trainee will need to undergo on-job training for 3-6 months before starting work on live projects. Post training, Trainees will be placed under senior resources and assigned to system engineering tasks.

What you'll do:
- Learning and Development to build strong foundations for Cloud Operations.
- Time-bound tasks execution with the sense of ownership.
- Continuous Improvement @ LRN's Infrastructure, to support "Partner Retention" & "New Business Growth"; by ensuring high availability.
- Simplify (Product Setup and Administration), Optimize (Security and Total Cost of Ownership) and Flexible (to scale horizontally & vertically) with focus on process, automation and resiliency.
- Work with technology team to build global infrastructure on cloud computing platform.
- Execute scripts, database analysis and operational activities.
- Support database and system health activities (e.g., basic diagnostics, performance observations, and housekeeping tasks) and learn best practices in performance tuning and optimization.
- Maintain high standards for documentation, change discipline, and security hygiene while working on tickets/requests and improvements.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc (Computers) OR Equivalent.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and apply learning to take CloudOps to next level with AI driven operations.
- Cloud computing experience on AWS will be advantage.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Linux.
- Should have very good learning skills, deep analytical skills.
- Team-first mindset with clear communication and willingness to collaborate.
- Comfortable using AI tools effectively - i.e., asking the right prompts, validating outputs, and applying results responsibly.
- Exposure to basic networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP is desirable.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems and basic scripting (Bash/Python) is an added advantage.
- Awareness of monitoring and logging concepts, including metrics, alerts, and dashboards, is preferred.
