Prepares and sends customer invoices, follows up on purchase orders and milestone billing, uploads invoices to customer portals, resolves billing queries, and supports account reconciliations, billing reports, and month-end close. Maintains accurate customer and billing records in NetSuite while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Revenue Recognition teams to resolve discrepancies and contract-related adjustments.

Leads corporate IT operations and systems administration, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, identity platforms, AWS, firewalls, endpoint security, SaaS tools, and ITSM processes. Oversees infrastructure reliability, user support, equipment logistics, compliance, policies, budgets, automation, incident management, and stakeholder communications. Builds and mentors the IT team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Provide L2/L3 support for LRN's proprietary applications to Spanish-speaking enterprise customers: handle campaign setup, reporting, user data, system emails, train administrators, manage tickets, escalate issues, document solutions, and maintain quality and customer communication.

Perform functional and visual testing of online courseware, report and retest bugs, liaise with product, design and instructional teams, provide QA sign-off or remediation recommendations, and help ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Design and implement comprehensive test procedures and automation (functional, integration, system, regression, performance, AI-driven). Define test strategy, estimate schedules, own defect lifecycle, integrate Agentic AI for test generation/execution, and drive continuous quality improvements across assigned applications.

The Data Analyst will analyze data to provide insights for decision-making across pricing, go-to-market strategy, and revenue performance, collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise customers (Japanese-speaking), manage tickets and stakeholder communications, perform minor system configuration and reporting, document solutions, and maintain quality and process improvements.

This role leads continuous improvement initiatives in Quality Assurance and Delivery, ensuring compliance, driving RCA, and enhancing customer experience through systemic process improvements.

Design and deliver high-quality visual assets and storyboards for eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. Translate learning content into production-ready designs, apply advanced authoring and AI tools, manage multiple projects, mentor other designers, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure work meets brand, budget, and timeline requirements.

Provide L1 support for LRN's proprietary SaaS: handle customer tickets, assist program administrators, manage expectations and SLAs, perform content via in-house tools, train customers, document solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities operations in Mumbai, managing vendors, procurement, budgets, transportation, compliance, security, and employee workplace support to ensure a safe, efficient, cost-effective, and engaging office environment.

Create and maintain user-focused technical documentation, in-app guides, multimedia tutorials, and release notes for a SaaS product. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information, keep docs current, run usability testing, manage repositories/version control, and optimize documentation processes to improve product adoption and user experience.
