Create and maintain user-focused technical documentation, in-app guides, multimedia tutorials, and release notes for a SaaS product. The Sales Engineer will demonstrate LRN's solutions to prospective customers, manage technical support during the sales process, and collaborate with sales and product teams for effective customer solutions.

Responsible for creating, processing, and publishing e-learning courses, maintaining quality standards, resolving technical bugs, and communicating with the Enlistment team.

Own and evolve the Client Health framework and dashboard for a large portfolio. Monitor engagement and risks, generate evidence-based insights, route escalations to appropriate teams, and support scalable portfolio oversight and reporting to reduce churn and enable growth.

The Data Analyst will analyze data to provide insights for decision-making across pricing, go-to-market strategy, and revenue performance, collaborating with stakeholders.

Design and implement comprehensive test procedures and automation (functional, integration, system, regression, performance, AI-driven). Define test strategy, estimate schedules, own defect lifecycle, integrate Agentic AI for test generation/execution, and drive continuous quality improvements across assigned applications.

This role leads continuous improvement initiatives in Quality Assurance and Delivery, ensuring compliance, driving RCA, and enhancing customer experience through systemic process improvements.

Design and deliver creative, measurable e-learning solutions using AI tools; run design workshops; consult stakeholders; develop course content with SMEs; lead designers and programmers; oversee instructional, graphic and assessment design across multiple projects.

Provide L1 support for LRN's proprietary SaaS: handle customer tickets, assist program administrators, manage expectations and SLAs, perform content via in-house tools, train customers, document solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
