We are seeking a Cloud Engineering Tech Lead to spearhead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader proficient in managing cloud-based systems with a strong emphasis on security and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach using leading technologies such as Terraform and Python and have a proven track record in managing diverse teams in a multinational setting.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions focusing on security and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to ensure efficient and repeatable deployment of cloud resources.
  • Manage a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement the 'follow the sun' on-call support model, ensuring high availability and performance across all regions.
  • Stay updated with the latest in cloud technology and security trends to keep our infrastructure ahead of potential threats.
  • Hands-on involvement in the development, deployment, and troubleshooting of our cloud infrastructure.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and at least one major programming language.
  • Proven track record in managing technical teams in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
