About The Role

Interpolitan Money is looking for a proactive and dedicated Associate for our Client Services team. In this role, you will contribute to providing exceptional service to our diverse client base across various regions and time zones.

Your focus will be on engagement, client support, and ensuring that interactions consistently reflect our commitment to excellence. You will be an essential part of the team dedicated to creating a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat with a positive and warm approach.
  • Ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through problem resolution, information provision, and follow-up support.
  • Conducting compliance procedures accurately and confidentially to maintain the integrity of client data.
  • Engaging proactively with new clients during onboarding to ensure their experience is smooth and welcoming.
  • Identifying opportunities for relationship growth through effective communication and understanding client needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, client support, or related fields, in financial services or banking environment.
  • 3+ years of experience handling inbound and outbound calls with clients in the UK, US, and EU regions.
  • Experience in cross-border payments, banks, FinTechs, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen focus on client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with technology and experienced in using CRM software to manage client interactions.
  • Flexibility to work during various shifts, including early mornings and late night shifts, as required to support global clients.
  • Notice period of up to 2 months.
  • Working knowledge of key payment mechanisms across the UK, US, and EU markets, including FPS, CHAPS, BACS, and SEPA.
  • Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
