About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage client relationships while coordinating with internal creative, content, research, and design teams. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of understanding client requirements, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, anticipate client needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
2. Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project briefs.
3. Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
4. Coordinate with design, content, animation, video, and research teams.
5. Plan project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
6. Track project progress, resolve issues, and manage project priorities.
7. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
8. Review project deliverables to maintain quality and brand consistency.
9. Manage client feedback and revision cycles efficiently.
10. Maintain project documentation, approvals, and status reports.
11. Support proposal creation, quotations, and identify upselling opportunities.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure successful project execution.
 

Work Timings: 9.00 am to 6.30 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
