The Client Data Analyst will analyze client data, perform data cleansing, implement automation, and ensure security best practices.
The Role:
We are looking for a Client Data Analyst with a critical mindset to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain our product with a high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse incoming emails and identify actionable data.
- Perform data cleansing and analysis based on client requests, SLAs, process guide and judgement calls.
- Ensure all data uploaded in a timely manner and best practices are followed.
- Implement automated steps (I.e. excel macros, BALER).
- Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues accordingly.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client data related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data cleaning process.
Skills Required:
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.
- High monotony tolerance and ability to catch nuance differences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English language.
- Experience with financial business.
- Qualifications on Microsoft Office product.
