Job Summary
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive to manage IT procurement, vendor management, and commercial governance in a regulated financial environment (MCX). The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding + commercial acumen to handle contracts, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle (RFQ, RFP, vendor evaluation, finalization)
- Review, validate, and negotiate contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Drive vendor negotiations ensuring cost optimization and compliance
- Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical requirements and translate into commercial scope
- Perform comparative analysis (techno-commercial evaluation) of vendor proposals
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit, and compliance standards (financial/regulatory environment)4+ years of experience in IT procurement / techno-commercial roles
- Strong expertise in RFQ, RFP, contract validation, and vendor negotiations
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software, licensing, or digital solutions
- Experience in commercial analysis and cost optimisation
- Strong knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and documentation
- Track budgets, cost control, and procurement planning
- Coordinate with finance for POs, invoicing, and payment cycles
- Maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking
Must-Have Skills
