How you will contribute
You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

About the role
Mondelēz Consumer Solutions Global MDS (IT) Team seeks a forward-thinking Consumer Data Ecosystem Associate Product Owner to lead the creation and evolution of a Consumer Data Ecosystem solution and CRM (email marketing) tools. This role is central to our efforts in harnessing data to drive personalization, ensuring data privacy, and fostering integrations that amplify consumer experiences. Person in this role will play a critical role in ensuring right Consumer Data and CRM/Email Marketing tech capabilities in place enabling brand to engage directly with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global Consumer Data Ecosystem Tech Product Owner to establish and manage a strategy and product roadmap, core offering, pricing combining needs of respective regional teams (Marketing & IT), global needs (Marketing and IT), as well as ensuring right IT standards/requirements are covered.
  • Partners with Tech Lead and Engineering Teams within the organization and across suppliers.
  • Understand the technology stack, dependencies between core components/features, how the core integrations works (with internal or external systems) and how the data flows.
  • Think ahead and anticipate what are the future business relevant capabilities in the space of CRM and Consumer Data and plan the work in the way to enable those capabilities at the right time.
  • Accountable for Product quality (defines Product goals and KPIs, ongoing support), and ensures all work implemented with quality, meeting performance, security & privacy needs. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
  • Leverages workshops, design thinking approach to educate, onboard, brainstorm with global and regional teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Email Marketing, Consumer Data, Journey Orchestration, Segmentation and digital marketing overall.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience and strong understanding of Consumer Engagement capabilities, Data collection, Data Quality, Data Segmentation and Activation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude\.
  • Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes.
  • Familiar with basics of GCP cloud environment.
