Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation analysis, market benchmark, harmonization, M & A experience added advantage.
  • Insurance Renewals - GTL, GPA and Health
  • Compliances - Statutory - ESIC, PF, Labour Laws.
  • Policy formulation, benefit implementation
  • Communication 
  • Performance Management Process


Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with MBA in HR preferred. Must have experience: Compensation & Benefits and Analytics preferably in Manufacturing Industry. Around 10 to 14 years exp in HR.

  • You have good MS Office Skills.
  • You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
