- Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation analysis, market benchmark, harmonization, M & A experience added advantage.
- Insurance Renewals - GTL, GPA and Health
- Compliances - Statutory - ESIC, PF, Labour Laws.
- Policy formulation, benefit implementation

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with MBA in HR preferred. Must have experience: Compensation & Benefits and Analytics preferably in Manufacturing Industry. Around 10 to 14 years exp in HR.

- You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
