The Business Planning Manager will execute business strategies, analyze data for profit estimation, manage budgeting, and collaborate with IT teams for project delivery.

Responsibilities- Planning & execution of business strategies for clients, based on input gathered from stakeholders and market potential.
- Data analysis on estimated profit for the business unit3. Gather data on Current accounts to analyze potential float profit and fee-based income.
- Map income RM wise and segment wise for portfolio monitoring
- Identify key client segment to deep dive and increase existing wallet size6. Managing budgeting exercise for key projects in strict timelines.
- Analyse cost in terms of manpower/technology as required by the business unit8. Follow-up with stakeholders for necessary information and data for periodic reviews (quarterly/half yearly).
- Requirement gathering from a technology perspective and solutioning.
- Engage with the IT team regularly.
- To be able to assess As-Is and To-Be model as a support to the respective product teams from a technology standpoint.
- Periodic benchmarking to be done to understand potential upgradation of existing solutions.
- Requirement formulation and collaborate with internal stakeholders14. Workflow creation showing end to end user journey.
- Understanding phase wise software development life cycle and project reviews16. Working on presentations with data analysis technically.
- Project delivery timelines to be managed in collaboration with the respective product teams.
- Analyse critical business requirements from a technology perspective19. Seamless delivery of projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Involve in user testing and oversee technical points for go-live of projects
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 5 to 15 years
