At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager to join one of our clients' team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Acquisition Identify and target potential enterprise clients within BFSI, fintech, NBFCs, and technology-led sectors.

Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies—email, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, and partnerships. Build and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline. 

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and transformation needs. Position automation, workflow intelligence, and data-driven solutions effectively. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client use cases. 

3. Sales Cycle Ownership Manage end-to-end sales processes—from initial outreach to negotiation and deal closure. 
Prepare proposals, commercial quotes, scope documentation, and agreements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

4. Market Research & Strategy Stay updated on BFSI trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. 
Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to enhance products, messaging, and GTM strategy. 

5. Internal Collaboration Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to refine solution offerings. 
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation. 

6. Reporting & Metrics Maintain accurate CRM records and document all sales activities. Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports with management. Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline progress.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales,

Tech Sales, or BFSI solution selling.

• Proven experience selling technology solutions (AI, automation, SaaS,

analytics, IT products, enterprise software).

• Strong understanding of BFSI processes—lending, underwriting, KYC/AML,

customer service, risk management, operations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to interact confidently with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 

Preferred (Marketing Related):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or

related field.

• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Strategy, or Marketing Analytics.

• Understanding of market positioning, customer segmentation, and

competitive analysis.
