We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Infrastructure Projects, specifically Bridge Projects, and proven Gulf experience.

Position Details:
• Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years
• Mandatory: Gulf experience in infrastructure/bridge projects
• Location: Mumbai / Africa (based on project requirements and mutual discussion)
• Compensation: ₹40–50 LPA (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development activities for infrastructure and bridge projects
• Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in Gulf regions
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and project acquisition
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
