Requirements
- Drive new business growth through networking, cold calling, and referrals, and accordingly schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify and categorize potential market segments, providing guidance to the team on these focus areas.
- Oversee revenue generation by developing new accounts and managing key accounts.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to increasing company profitability.
- Enhance the sales performance of team members.
- Develop relevant business proposals and collaborate with customer service personnel to prepare compelling pitch presentations.
- Identify, innovate, and implement business ideas to enhance service delivery and improve client retention rates.
- Provide timely approvals to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies related to conferences, launches, activations, and similar activities.
- Visit event or activity sites when necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after events.
- Be responsible for transforming the division into an independent profit center.
- Manage manpower planning for the team and take initiatives to retain staff effectively.
- Train subordinates on various marketing strategies.
- Organize seminars to enhance the technical and functional knowledge of team members.
- Oversee the induction process for new marketing team members.
- Possess strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a robust network database.
