Role: Business Development Executive – Education Industry
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the education sector, preferably in overseas admissions or international student recruitment. The role involves managing the full admissions cycle, counselling students, developing recruitment strategies, and building partnerships with schools, colleges, and agencies. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to meet enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets in alignment with institutional goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrolment.
• Counsel prospective students and parents, providing insights into academic programs, eligibility, and career prospects, with a focus on international admissions.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and international recruitment agencies to drive student applications.
• Conduct information sessions, open houses, and campus tours to enhance engagement. • Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Utilize CRM and admission management systems to track applications and generate performance reports.
• Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and international admission requirements. • Handle admission-related inquiries, grievances, and escalations, ensuring a positive applicant experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of admission counsellors, providing training and performance oversight.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  • 5–8 years in admissions or student recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa processes

  • Excellent counselling, relationship-building, and organisational skills

Location: Powai, Mumbai (onsite only)
