Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative (UX,UI Design/Development/IT/Digital)
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, running outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn), and supporting the sales cycle from first touch to handover. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and use modern tools (CRM, sales intelligence, AI) to run a predictable, data-driven sales process.
We are happy to train you on our specific tools (Apollo, Zoho, ChatGPT) as long as you bring the right sales mindset and B2B experience.
Key Responsibilities
Run outbound lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and other channels for B2B prospects (CXOs, Product, Marketing & Tech leaders).
Conduct initial discovery / consultation calls with prospects and understand their needs.
Maintain and update all interactions, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM (Zoho).
Respond to inbound enquiries, emails, and LinkedIn messages and schedule intro meetings.
Clearly articulate and present ProCreator’s services,value proposition and case-studies to prospects.
Gather detailed client requirements and share structured notes with internal teams.
Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, outreach messages, and campaigns.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft outreach emails, follow-ups, and basic proposal/SoW content.
Track key metrics (leads, meetings booked, conversions) and share regular reports.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales / SDR, preferably in digital/creative agencies, or related sectors.
Hands-on experience with outbound sales – cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
Prior experience working with any modern CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong spoken and written English; comfortable talking to international clients.
Ability to structure conversations, ask the right questions, and take clear notes.
Comfortable working with targets, processes, and regular reporting.
Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple leads and conversations in parallel.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Apollo or similar tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.) for lead generation.
Prior usage of Zoho Suite (Mainly Zoho CRM).
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for drafting emails, proposals, and scopes.
Exposure to scoping and drafting Statements of Work / proposals for service projects.
Background in UX / product / design / tech services sales.
