We are looking for a proactive and target-driven professional to identify new business opportunities, explore potential locations, build stakeholder relationships, and support business expansion through on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential locations and new business opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and location feasibility assessments.
- Build relationships with landlords, brokers, property owners, and vendors.
- Generate leads and drive business development through field visits and networking.
- Evaluate locations based on commercial viability and business potential.
- Explore strategic partnerships and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive expansion initiatives.
- Maintain lead pipelines and share regular market updates and progress reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1– 3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Market Research.
- Experience in QSR, F&B, Retail, Real Estate, or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel.
