Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, outreach, and field visits. Onboard and manage Architect relationships, identify project opportunities, maintain CRM data, track the sales pipeline, and coordinate lead handoffs with Sales and Sales Support. Conduct market research, process point claims, and support customer engagement and business development goals within the home automation industry.
• Generate quality leads through market research, networking, calls, emails, social
media outreach, and field visits.
• Meet and onboard new Architects into the company system and build strong
professional relationships.
• Regularly engage with existing Architects to identify upcoming projects and generate
business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the complete lead pipeline through timely follow-ups and
status tracking.
• Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth lead
handover and conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and
potential customers.
• Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per company
guidelines.
• Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuous
business development.
Requirements
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective follow-ups.
- Sound knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of the home automation industry and Whitelion product
portfolio.
- Knowledge of customer needs, pain points, and solution-based selling.
- Good understanding of market trends, lead qualification, and business development
practices.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach towards achieving business
goals.
- Strong team collaboration skills with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
