Business Development Executive - Generating new parties from OEM's, Wholesalers & railway EPC
contractors.
∙Getting Quotations made and sent the same to the customers.
∙Keeping follow-ups of the quotations sent to the Customers & convert them into the
orders.
∙After conversion of the Order, forwarding the PO to the marketing coordinator for
punching the same in system Planning Production and Execution of the Order.
∙Coordination with Dispatch, store, packing dept. in order to execute/dispatches of the
Order.
∙Payment follow-ups for the PO received.
∙Billing/dispatch relevant formalities.
∙Facilitating to provide dispatch documents to the customers.
∙Handling / resolving rejection relevant queries to the customers.
∙To create a suitable eco system to have a winning team hunting for new business from
defined sectors.
∙TO visit in exhibitions to generate data for new customers.
∙Visit existing / new potential clients in assigned territory.
∙Handling sensitive clients.
∙Coordinating with the factory for required material inspection by the client before
shipment.
∙Coordination with the factory in order to provide all type of assistance to the Customers.
∙Fair knowledge of excel and ern system.
Experience – 2 – 6 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate or PG Diploma with Marketing Specialization or related
field.
Location - Santacruz
Preferred Industry: - Fasteners / Lubricant / Steel / Hardware Manufacturing
Any Engineering / Manufacturing Industry can also be considered.
