- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector, leveraging market insights and industry trends
- Develop and implement visionary business plans aligned with company goals and objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential partners and customers
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, fostering long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of innovative business initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and analytical reports to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, enhancing our market presence
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical product portfolio and pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnerships and deals in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development processes, and regulatory landscape
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare systems and policies in India
- Proficiency in business development strategies and market analysis techniques

- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

- Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events
