Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and document business cases and solution architectures.
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Capability to guide transformation initiatives and support change management efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
