OVERVIEW
As a Business Activator, you join established teams focused on supporting capabilities that enable our supply chain teams to make faster and more connected end-to-end decisions. These capabilities are designed to support performance management processes, improve process efficiency, and enable more proactive conversations that deliver value. A key focus of this role will be facilitating end-user feedback and helping to continually evolve these capabilities to drive stronger adoption and deeper integration into day-to-day business processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive end-user engagement on MillsWorks products to accelerate adoption of capabilities developed and prioritized by the central team.
Lead end-user education and training efforts on MillsWorks products to support consistent local adoption.
Support the Product Owner in connecting with business teams to identify and gain access to key end users for testing, feedback, and support.
Provide prioritization guidance to Product Owner on most impactful backlog requests and drive any process change to incorporate updates.
Support the pod with coordination and facilitation of sprint Sponsor Demos and end-user feedback sessions

Strong communication and facilitation, including training, workshops, demonstrations, and executive updates.
Change management and user adoption by influencing behaviour and embedding new processes and ways of working.
Demonstrate experience working in or supporting multiple Supply Chain functional areas.
Experience working in agile development framework.
Influence and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders to implement process and technology changes.
Project management experience.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
Demonstrate learning agility, curiosity, and a bias for action when working in evolving digital environments.
