Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations and resolve basic workflow issues.
- Maintain and update SOPs, process documents, and operational records.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and other teams on operational tasks.
- Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Handle operational queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support system-related tasks, including troubleshooting, data checks, and UAT.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferable in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to support flexible hours (shifts).
