Appian Techno-Functional Consultant – Insurance We are seeking an Appian Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Appian application development and insurance domain knowledge. The role requires equal involvement in technical development and functional analysis, including requirement gathering, process understanding, solution design, development, testing support, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from insurance stakeholders Translate requirements into Appian-based workflow solutions Develop Appian applications including interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations Support insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, policy administration, and renewals Prepare functional and technical documentation Support UAT, SIT, deployment, and post-production activities Work closely with business teams, developers, and architects Required Skills Strong Appian development experience Strong insurance domain knowledge Experience in techno-functional role Good understanding of workflow automation and BPM Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
