Manage business distribution for the REG business focused on MSMEs, drive revenue targets, oversee sales teams, and ensure portfolio quality management.
- Manage business and distribution for REG business within Business Lending Group for complex geograhpical locations (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics
- REG business will cater to MSME clients with turnover upto INR 30 Crs
- Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
- Managing front line sales for driving business
- Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel.
- Building profitable franchise for SME.
- Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
- Manage and build granular business upto exposure upto INR 5 Crs within turnover of 30 crs
- Responsibility for non-interest revenue including processing fee and trade & forex income
- Build and manage team including RMs
- Drive business plan and strategy for growth in REG segment across Regions
- Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions
- Manage compliance related aspects like covenant monitoring, audit compliances etc
- Manage health of portfolio with close control of SMA and NPA
- Engage with credit and operations, risk management, IT, Compliance etc to enchance various policies and processes
- Establish team performance matrix, expectation and regularly review performance.
- Manage portfolio with increase cross sell / stickiness
- Increase penetration of self-funding book (CASA, TD)
- Expansion into new geographies
- Monitor & review business profitability
- Maintaining TAT & FTR controls
Qualification required: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Min Exp: 12 - 15 years
Max Exp: 13 - 15 years
