Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, revenue generation, and consultative selling, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships and deliver value-driven solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify growth opportunities, acquire new clients, and strengthen existing customer relationships. Experience or interest in the sports industry or sports technology ecosystem will be an added advantage.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to understand customer needs and propose tailored offerings.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, contract closure, and account handover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections for leadership review.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen market presence and generate new business.

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Revenue Generation roles.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and business growth targets.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience or interest in the sports industry, sports technology, digital media, or fan engagement solutions will be an added advantage.
