- Prior to client investment
- Lead advisory projects to define AN vision and strategy, prioritise operational flows, assess AN capabilities, assess AN maturity, Define target architectural blueprints, define Target operating models and justify investments
- Post client investment
- Realize AN use-cases and solution implementation through Operating model transformation and value realization and assurance
Technology
- Bring deep knowledge of industry standards and architectures for mobile networks.
- Apply hands-on experience with AN foundational capabilities: data, inventory, cloud-native environments, service orchestration, AI/ML models and MLOps, intent-based operations, service management, agentic AI, and telecom operational processes.
- Demonstrate proven experience in AI-driven or transformation consulting, with a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
- Leverage familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (AN, eTOM, SID, TAM), 3GPP standards, and ITIL practices.
- Utilize experience with automation technologies such as SMO, DevOps, Cloud-Native orchestration, Ansible, and RPA.
What You Will Bring
Required Experience - min 10 years
- 5+ years of experience in network automation and transformation, including 7+ years in consulting roles involving sales and delivery of transformation programs.
- Strong industry knowledge with a deep understanding of network autonomy concepts and evolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; a Master's in Engineering or Business is a strong advantage.
