Ericsson Managed Services Networks is seeking an experienced RAN optimization and customer fault management Expert to join our CFM Team. The vision and purpose of this role is to ensure that RAN performance KPI and monitored, ticketed, first level analysis done and resolution actions initiated. Single customer complaints are analysed and resolution actions taken, thereby enhancing the end-user experience. As part of the CFM Team, you will manage RAN KPI tickets and single customer complaints, leveraging your expertise across multiple vendor and technologies to deliver exceptional service and performance.
What you will do:
- Domain expertise in RAN KPI measurement, optimization and resolution in 4G and 5G technologies.
- New Joiner Ramp up and Mentor Assignment and progress tracking.
- Team Lead backup (N-1) Development
- Availability in Odd Hours/Shift (Urgent/Emergency Support).
- Driving Improvement programs (Preventive Action) with learning from Creative Actions
- Managing BCP situation and ensure delivery is not impacted during exigencies.
- Participate in Competency development with KSS / Mentor role.
- KPI understanding with measuring parameters and definition, propose use cases for automation and perform LCM of existing rules.
- Interface between CFM team and Market Area/MSIP/local NOC.
- Take part of Operational governance.Ensure compliance of SLA/WLA/OLA.
- Knowledge sharing session with in team. Motivation of team members.
The skills you bring:
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience or equivalent in Engineering preferably in Electronics, ,Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Experience level 8 to 12 years
- Experience in 4G and 5G RAN performance improvement activities
- RAN performance , 4G and 5G. vendors, Nokia,and Ericsson. Optimization and performance KPI improvement
