Auditor

The Auditor is an important member of our Quality Audit team who will be responsible to ensure our Commodity Managers, Vendor Management team, Vendor Risk team and Procure to Pay team comply with the company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit Sourcing, P2P and Vendor Risk Assessment processes which covers wide range of sub processes, like Project Workspaces, Contract Workspaces, Final Approval Request, PO, Vendor Risk Assessments, Engagements, and Issue/Project records etc.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned audits, ad-hoc projects and quality reviews on a consistent basis
• Maintain high accuracy, productivity standards, and willingness to learn
• Participate in Lean Ideas, Sustainability Reviews and process improvement activities
• Look for opportunities to improve existing process and recommend possible solutions to mitigate company risk

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Graduation and post-graduation from a reputed institute
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Procure to Pay Cycle and Risk assessment process
• Ability to work independently, effectively and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and able to identify gaps and opportunities
• Proficient with current desktop tools (specifically with MS office apps)
• Strong internal and external relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ariba, Archer and Workday tool
• Ability to understand end-to-end process flows, systems, controls and impacts across the work they support
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, with attention to detail
• Hands on experience Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
