Position Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Python-based components for AI use cases following established designs and best practices.
- Support AI/ML workflows including data preparation, model integration, and API-based consumption.
- Implement and support RAG-based pipelines, including understanding of LLMs, chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector retrieval under guidance.
- Collaborate with Senior AI Engineers to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI solutions.
- Assist in testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment of AI-enabled applications.
- Learn and apply cloud, AI, and software engineering best practices through hands-on project work and mentorship.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance/Accounts, or related discipline
Experience
- 0 - 2 years of strong programming skills
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Strong Python programming with solid software development fundamentals
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and applied AI use cases
- Familiarity with REST APIs, data handling, and modular code design
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools with a strong learning mindset
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)
Good to have skills:
- Basic exposure to LLMs, RAG concepts, chunking, and embeddings
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or container basics (Docker)
- Introductory experience with cloud services or AI/ML libraries
