Associate Process Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end technology/Digital hiring for digital and core tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closure.
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and delivery timelines.
Support execution of technology/digital hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
Drive hands‑on sourcing using job portals, social media, referrals, ATS databases, and other innovative channels.
Utilize ATS tools and recruitment automation to track candidates, manage pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance.
Monitor and manage recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, and candidate experience scores.
Prepare and share regular hiring dashboards and MIS reports to support timely decision‑making.
Understand market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges to proactively identify alternative or emerging talent pools.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Any graduate with 6+ years of experience into talent acquisition – Technology/Digital hiring
