Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.


Associate Process Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end technology/Digital hiring for digital and core tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closure. 

  • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and delivery timelines. 

  • Support execution of technology/digital hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans. 

  • Drive hands‑on sourcing using job portals, social media, referrals, ATS databases, and other innovative channels. 

  • Utilize ATS tools and recruitment automation to track candidates, manage pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance. 

  • Monitor and manage recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, and candidate experience scores. 

  • Prepare and share regular hiring dashboards and MIS reports to support timely decision‑making. 

  • Understand market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges to proactively identify alternative or emerging talent pools.


Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Any graduate with 6+ years of experience into talent acquisition – Technology/Digital hiring

  • Creative and flexible thinker able to provide – and receive -- innovative solutions

  • A tangible passion for seeing talent as the value generator for our organization

  • Enhance the overall internal and external Candidate Experience

  • Clear understanding of the recruiting business and core strategies, including a depth of knowledge in compensation and negotiation
