Associate Process Manager

·        Solution Design & Development: Architect, design, and build robust, scalable & responsive Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows to meet detailed business requirements.

·        AI-Powered Automation: Implement AI Builder models within Power Platform solutions to enhance automation, drive insights, and improve decision-making.

·        Data Integration & Connectivity: Seamlessly connect and manage data flows between Power Platform and various internal/external data sources such as SQL/Oracle & API calls.

·        Architecture, ALM & Performance: Leverage Power Platform Solutions for effective application lifecycle management and organized cross-environment deployment, incorporating best practices to ensure high performance, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.

·        Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation and architecture diagram for developed solutions, workflows, and platform configurations.

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives.

·        Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder, ensuring high availability of solutions.

·        Governance & Compliance: Contribute to establishing and enforcing Power Platform governance policies, ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

·        Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay abreast of new Power Platform features and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within the organization.

·        Testing & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of all Power Platform solutions.

Technical skill requirements 

·        Power Apps: Expertise in Canvas and Model-driven app development, including responsive design and complex logic.

·        Power Automate: Proficiency in designing and optimizing complex workflows with premium connectors and error handling.

·        AI Builder: Experience building and deploying AI models for automation and predictive insights.

·        Power Platform Concepts: Deep understanding of Solutions for ALM and Connections to various data sources.

·        Data Sources & Integration: Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, dataverse and diverse internal/external data sources (OData, REST APIs, cloud storage) for seamless Power Platform integration. 

·        Experience with data transformation/ETL processes.

·        Experience with Agile development methodologies.

·        Microsoft certifications in Power Platform are a strong plus.

·        Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is highly desirable.

Job Qualification (education, years of experience and other soft skills) 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI builder, Power BI, Dataverse).

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·        Experience in a consulting or enablement role is beneficial.
