Associate Process Manager

Mandatory Skills:

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with Oracle Data Integrity.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL Querying.
• Strong understanding of Data Logic.
• Experience in ETL development and support.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Power BI, Oracle BI (OBI/OAP), Alteryx, and the Power Platform will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Preferred: B.Tech / BE
• Not Preferred: B.Sc / BCA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for GBCR using Oracle BI, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Build reporting and workflow automation solutions using the Power Platform and Alteryx.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines supporting GBCR reporting and operational systems.
• Perform ETL development and data transformation using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability while resolving data-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with GBCR stakeholders to gather reporting and automation requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams across APAC and headquarters to support business objectives.
