JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage acquisition-focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches, offers, and commercial campaigns.
- Track and monitor campaign and product performance against business objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate results, identify key learnings, and recommend improvements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide performance insights and business updates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and coordination of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of or experience with Amazon QuickSight or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for business growth, data-driven decision-making, and customer acquisition.
- Skills or experience in content creation for social media platforms will be an added advantage.
