Role Overview
This is not a content strategy role.
This is not a copywriting role.
This role owns end-to-end social media execution and amplification.
You will ensure that all content produced by the Content & Community team is planned, formatted, published, amplified, and measured with precision.
You are accountable for distribution quality, platform hygiene, and performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Planning & Calendar Ownership
- Own the end-to-end social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly publishing schedules with the Content & Community team.
- Ensure timely approvals and zero slippage in posting timelines.
- Plan platform-specific publishing frequency aligned with campaign priorities.
Content Formatting & Platform Packaging
- Format and design post creatives using Canva or similar tools for platform-ready publishing.
- Adapt content layouts to suit each platform’s technical and engagement requirements.
- Resize, structure, and optimize visuals to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure captions, tagging, hashtags, and link placements are accurate and aligned.
- Maintain visual and formatting discipline across all posts.
Publishing & Amplification Execution
- Execute daily publishing across all active platforms without error.
- Coordinate leadership amplification and internal reposting mechanisms.
- Support paid boosting where required and track amplification results.
- Monitor comments, mentions, and inbound engagement for timely routing.
- Ensure no high-visibility content goes live without structured review.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track engagement rates, impressions, follower growth, clicks, and conversions.
- Build weekly structured dashboards for internal review.
- Present monthly performance summaries with clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify underperforming formats and recommend measurable adjustments.
- Maintain clean tracking systems for campaign-level performance.
Platform Hygiene & Reputation Discipline
- Ensure all Artha social profiles remain updated and accurate.
- Monitor brand mentions and public interactions across platforms.
- Maintain professional and timely engagement standards.
- Ensure bio, links, and descriptions reflect current positioning.
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in social media execution or digital publishing.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube publishing workflows.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic creative formatting tools is mandatory.
- Experience tracking analytics and preparing performance dashboards.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail with zero tolerance for publishing errors.
Compensation
- Total Annual Compensation: ₹21,00,000
- Fixed annual salary - ₹18,00,000
- Confirmed retention bonus (paid annually) - ₹3,00,000
