Provide strategic calendar management, attend meetings and drive follow-up, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage complex domestic and international travel, draft high-quality communications and thought leadership, conduct targeted research and briefings, and serve as a discreet liaison between the CEO and investors, founders, and senior partners.

Manage SEBI/AIF compliance for the fund: maintain statutory documentation, run a compliance calendar, prepare regulatory filings and reports, support audits, coordinate with legal/finance/operations, monitor regulatory changes, and identify/mitigate compliance risks. Company Secretary (CS) certification required.

Execute and govern Artha's learning ecosystem: run 90-day onboarding, design role-based capability frameworks, track progress with evidence-based assessments, support performance calibration and leadership development, and manage external learning partnerships and learning governance dashboards.

Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of VC investments (AI-native, deep tech). Drive portfolio growth through hands-on operational support, founder coaching, AI-enabled monitoring, fundraising and LP relations, team leadership, and firm-level strategic initiatives to shape themes and firm-building efforts.

Lead research and investment execution for the Artha Prime Fund, focusing on pre-IPO and microcap opportunities. Manage a team, conduct diligence, and present investment cases to internal stakeholders while traveling to validate businesses.

Lead portfolio execution for 8–12 companies: run KPI tracking, quarterly reviews, and intervention plans; manage 1–2 analysts; support AOP reviews, follow-on fundraising, due diligence, and post-deal integration; act as a trusted challenger to founders and escalate operational issues to Principals. Focus on value creation, turnaround support, and board-ready reporting.
