Associate Content Analyst

This role for the Growth Business expansion for Debt Corporate Actions Offering.

The Corporate Actions team work on collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes. The analysts are required to source the information from the public domains/contributors defined and ingest/enter the information into database using proprietary collection methodology including the benefit information. This information is time critical and requires to be processed within the set timeline and quality parameters.

• Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.

• Data quality of events which database and self-check.

• Understanding on the Government, Corporate and MUNI securities.

• Review existing sources to ensure the events are covered as per the source audit file.

• Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices.

• Highlight the issues or errors on real time, if we get an error warning message while we formulate the event.

• Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing guide user feedback.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and market practices

• Report time management and production details.

• Check the updated events on the products like DSS and DSP to understand product behavior post we submit the event.

• Knowledge on ISO messages will be added advantage

• Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

• Resolve client queries as per service flow/methodology defined.

• Provide excellent service to clients

• Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices to achieve automation where possible.
• Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing guide user feedback.
• Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and Monitor market events to anticipate the changes.
• Daily update of reports/timesheets/production trackers
• Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Effectively connect with all relevant customers and internal parties

• Education & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or related subjects
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good knowledge in capital markets
• MS Excel
• Experience of 2 years in the related process/content
• Strong attention to details and eye for data accuracy
