This role for the Growth Business expansion for Debt Corporate Actions Offering.
The Corporate Actions team work on collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes. The analysts are required to source the information from the public domains/contributors defined and ingest/enter the information into database using proprietary collection methodology including the benefit information. This information is time critical and requires to be processed within the set timeline and quality parameters.
Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.
Data quality of events which database and self check.
Understanding on the Government, Corporate and MUNI securities.
Review existing sources to ensure the events are covered as per the source audit file.
Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices.
Highlight the issues or errors on real time, if we get an error warning message while we formulate the event.
Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing guide user feedback.
Knowledge of financial regulations and market practices
Report time management and production details.
Check the updated events on the products like DSS and DSP to understand product behavior post we submit the event.
Knowledge on ISO messages will be added advantage
Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Resolve client queries as per service flow/methodology defined.
Provide excellent service to clients by answering queries on real time.
