Manage surveillance, enforcement and compliance for ecosystem partners and members to ensure adherence to set standards and processes of NBBL




C. Job details -

  • Job Title: Associate Compliance NBBL
  • Division: Compliance
  • Years of Experience: 2yrs+
  • Education: Graduation (preferably CA/CS/LLB) or Professional degrees like MBA or equivalent Full-time
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Permanent Role

D. Key responsibilities -

1.     Tracking regulatory Circulars, Notices and Regulation

2.     RBI filings

3.     Conducting Steering Committee Meetings and preparing MoM

4.     Preparing Board updates and ATR

5.     Internal Audit and regulatory Inspection

6.     Drafting Policy and Procedures

7.     Engage with the team in formulation of policies and processes for ecosystem partners and members, initiate measures and oversee execution to maintain compliance.

8.     Conduct periodic reviews of compliance levels to identify bottlenecks and enable elimination of the same to ensure that there are no deviations.

9.     Interpret relevant regulatory circulars/directions and monitor regulatory activities.

10. Filing of periodical reports with the regulator

11. Initiate coordination with the respective product, operations and BD teams to ensure that the required information and safeguards are maintained as per defined standards of NBBL.  




Requirements
Key skills and experience required - 
  1. Preferably from BFSI industry in compliance/law
  2. Any graduate /Masters degree in the related field
  3. Proven experience in project management, risk & compliance laws.
  4. AI-enabled mindset with the ability to leverage AI/ML tools and insights to drive smarter decision-making, improve data workflows, and enhance outcomes.
