Manage daily operations, ensure task execution, use SAP and Excel for reporting, coordinate with finance, and process invoices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of tasks and service levels.
- Use SAP to generate PAF/PR & GRN, update data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Use of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, charts).
- Coordinate with finance, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Invoice processing.
- Manage vendor/partner communication and follow-ups for timely delivery and issue resolution.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations special a Tech background.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (any functional module).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, data validation, macros preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure.
