This role involves project coordination, managing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the project requirement in co-ordination with respective business teams
- Initiating PAF, PR request with business teams.
- Following up, identifying & clearing roadblock in approval stages.
- Ensuring POs are raised on time and shared with respective stake holders.
- Co-ordination with vendors for timely submission of invoices
- Maintaining payout trackers and co - ordinating with finance on payouts.
- Submission of monthly cash flow statements.
- Monthly closing, provisioning and accrual activities.
- Ensuring process compliance at every step of the process to maintain audit standards
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce with mandatory SAP knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills
- Candidate who has work experience under Operations & Finance teams of the media industry would be preferred.
