Teaches marketing within a branding and advertising school while contributing to academic research, publications, scholarly activities, consultancy, and student development. The role requires a relevant master’s degree with at least 55%, NET/SET/SLET or a qualifying PhD, at least two SCI publications, and the prescribed research score. Relevant teaching, research, academic, or industry experience is preferred.
Professor
- Qualification: PhD with First Class Master’s degree in the concerned/relevant discipline.
- Research: Minimum 10 SCI publications and Research Score of 120; experience in doctoral guidance as prescribed.
- Experience:10–15 years of relevant teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years at Associate Professor/equivalent level.
- Industry Route: Significant senior-level managerial experience in relevant industry may be considered as per applicable UGC/University norms.
- Scholarly Contribution: High-quality publications, research, consultancy, academic contributions, or equivalent professional achievements.
Associate Professor
- Qualification: PhD with First Class Master’s degree in the concerned/relevant discipline.
- Research: Minimum 7 SCI publications and Research Score of 75.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years post-PhD.
- Industry Route: Relevant senior-level managerial experience may be considered as per applicable UGC/University norms.
Assistant Professor
- Qualification: Master’s degree with minimum 55% in the concerned/relevant discipline; NET/SET/SLET or PhD as per applicable UGC regulations.
- Research: Minimum 2 SCI publications and Research Score as prescribed by UGC/University norms.
Experience: Relevant teaching, research, academic, or industry experience will be preferred.
