Major responsibilities:

1.    Preparation of MIS Reports and Data Analysis : Creation and update of various reports, TSS wise , zone wise, branch wise and market area wise order intake reports. Supporting Field sales, TSS and management with order intake analysis.

2.    Local Shopmaster for E2E Webshop: Creating new id’s for dealers and employees, managing user permissions and troubleshooting login and access related issues. Coordinating with E2E Germany team and local functions for any developments or changes in Webshop.

3.    Database Maintenance : Creation and regular updation of Dealer and Sales employee data which is used for various purposes and provide the information to other stakeholders whenever required. 

4.    Provide required support for various presentations, report automation and other digitization intiatives.
