Key responsibilities:
Manages Tax accounting and reporting covering Quarterly, Forecasts and Yearly process
Administers Global Tax and Accounts Solution (GTAS) tool
Assists Group Tax team in preparing and submitting various returns to HMRC
Manages communication with markets, regional teams and tax team to ensure timely reporting and submissions
Manages Management recharges allocation process covering Forecasts, Budgets and cost True up process
Analyses variance of forecast numbers with previous Budget/Forecast and providing commentary to Management / Transfer Pricing (TP) Manager
Manages communication with cost centre owners and service receivers. Supports Transfer Pricing Manager in answering Transfer Pricing related queries
Ensures timely reporting, analysis and dash boarding of Internal Audit (IA) and Technology audit issues or outstanding findings
Generates reports by Market to support IA for their internal audit planning process
Constantly looks for opportunities to automate processes and implement process improvements
