Manage business loan sales and distribution across an assigned area. Responsibilities include sourcing and sanctioning loans, building channel partnerships, managing DSAs and customer relationships, expanding the distribution network, conducting marketing and cross-selling activities, coordinating branches and support functions, and overseeing pre- and post-disbursement processes and renewals.
- Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction &disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned.
- Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is inaccordance with the business plan & SOPs.
- Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out marketing, sales & brandbuilding activities to attract new customers.
- Engage with customers & manage relationships with DSAs to pitch business loanproducts and build a quality portfolio.
- Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towardsrenewal loans
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Banking,SME Lending/ Commercial Banking.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and self-employed/business customer segment.
- Proven track record in sourcing Business Loans, OD/CC facilities & acquiring new customers.
- Experience in DSA management, branch coordination, and direct sales.
- Strong cross-selling skills for CASA, Insurance, and other banking products.
- Excellent relationship-building communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:
Graduation qualification in any stream10- 15 Years of relevant experience in banking in Sales roles can apply Age Criteria : Maximum 40 Years of age.
