Role Expectation:

Experienced technical architect to take ownership of the design and implementation of software application. As a technical architect, you will be responsible to design and develop assigned programs and guide teammates, help resolve technical problems as and when they arise, address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions, evaluate, and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods, plan, and design structure of technology solution.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in system designing and development of web frontend, backend, database, integration.
• Should have 12-14 years software development experience with Java / J2EE technologies.
• Should have worked as Technical Architect at least for 4+ years in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects.
• Should have working experience with BFSI industry preferably in insurance domain.
• Experience in designing & implementing core BFSI systems e.g., core insurance/banking system, digital platform.
• Should have experience of working on at least 1 large scale enterprise project technical upgrade or migration.
• Ability to solve complex software system & architectural issues.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for Java/JEEbased applications.
• Strong technical background in integration with a good understanding of middleware technologies, software design patterns, event-based processing.
• Should have worked in N tier architectures and ability to design architecture solutions.
• Should have practical experience on meeting NFR project aspects e.g. troubleshooting performance, security aspects for application and propose implementation changes.
• knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as load balancing, traffic management, DMZs, security, etc – Nice to have
• Should have expertise in Microservices based architecture.
• Excellent application analysis, design, and system integration skills.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologies and design patterns.
• Should have hands on experience on secure coding practices, code review using tools such as Sonar.
• Proficiency with various application servers such as WebSphere, JBOSS EAP, Wildfly, Apache.
• Working experience with application framework such as Spring, Hibernate.
• Working experience with Docker, K8S.
• Knowledge / implementation experience with any IDM/IAM such as Keycloak.
• Experience in leading and driving multiple software development projects in agile SDLC methodology.
• Any cloud experience will be added advantage.

• Should have good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in various team settings.
• Proven experience in technically mentoring teams and exposure to solution architecture.
