Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud service management and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
