Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments, ensuring that critical business operations run smoothly and efficiently through diligent problem-solving and system monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
