Support and configure Workday HCM: troubleshoot user issues, maintain business processes, build reports and calculated fields, manage EIB data loads, support security administration, perform data audits, and partner with HR stakeholders on enhancements, testing, and integrations.
Main Purpose
The HR Technology Analyst will support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday across the organization. The role will work closely with HR stakeholders to maintain data integrity, support business processes, deliver reporting requirements, and assist with Workday enhancements and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM, including troubleshooting issues and responding to user queries.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including Time Off, Compensation, Organizations, and Core HCM transactions.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support data uploads and mass updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of Workday enhancements and releases.
- Support security administration, role assignments, and periodic security reviews.
- Maintain data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
- Support HR technology projects and integrations as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, Compensation, Time Off, or related modules.
- Experience creating reports and calculated fields in Workday.
- Experience with EIBs and mass data loads.
- Exposure to Workday testing, release management, and production support activities.
- Good understanding of HR processes and data management.
