Department: US Accounting 

Shift time- 12 noon- 9pm (Female)

2 pm- 11 pm (Male)

Designation: Senior Analyst – Finance & Accounts (Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Checking & Posting Vouchers related to direct costs, secondary expenses and other routine expenses in JD Edwards
  • Preparing Cashflow on a weekly basis
  • Interacting with team & intra-departments (operations/admin etc) for vouchers, supporting, account reconciliation.
  • Assisting the team leader in MIS, financial audits for tasks assigned
  • Liaising with bankers for International supplier payments on documentation etc
  • Prepare Payment report by verifying documents and requesting disbursement.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Making NEFT/RTGS/Foreign Remittance Payment.
  • TDS/TCS/GST Return Filing & Payment.
  • Co-ordinate with auditor for helping in audit related queries.
  • Other month end activities and reconciliation


Desired Skills and Experience:

To qualify, successful applicants must possess:

  • Eye for detail and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Withholding taxes
  • Worked in SAP/Oracle/JDE environment
  • Minimum Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce (B. Com) with 5-7 years of accounting experience
